Description
The thick shell of the Hawksbill Sea Turtle is a reddish-brown color that stands out against the deep blue ocean. The front and back legs are also patterned brown and yellow. With its black beady eyes, the sea creature looks really beautiful swimming through the surf. Maybe you can get a closer look if you offer it something tasty?
The Hawksbill Sea Turtle glides elegantly through the Caribbean Ocean. It uses its front flippers to skillfully swim through the waves and knows how to take advantage of the currents. If you’re lucky enough to encounter this beauty while diving, you’ll surely never forget it! You’re in with a good chance of meeting this enigmatic sea creature near coral reefs. That’s where the sponges grow that it loves to eat. With its pointy beak, it picks the plants delicately from the corals and enjoys its meal.
