Ideal for a wide range of work-holding setups, these low-profile clamps offer exceptional flexibility, allowing you to route custom dovetail tracks using a standard 14 by 1/2″ dovetail router bit. Whether you’re working with jigs, fixtures, or on a MATCHFIT clamping table, these clamps provide the secure hold-down support you need.

With the MATCHFIT U-Pad Clamps, you can clamp parts along the top and side edges simultaneously, a major advantage over bulky traditional clamps that are limited to dog holes or costly T-tracks. The U-Pad Clamps are engineered for superior pressure application with a simple twist of the knob, capable of holding materials from as thin as 1/16″ (1.5mm) to as thick as 1-1/8″ (28.5mm). An included step riser block makes it easy to clamp thicker materials for glue-ups, routing, sanding, or assembly.

Works with grooves created by a 14 x 1/2″ dovetail bit, such as the MATCHFIT Dovetail Router Bit. Also available with other clamps and hardware in the MATCHFIT CNC Workholding Kit.
