The Festool Universal Saw blade design is excellent for machining solid wood cross cuts, blockboard, plywood, multiplex/multilayered wood, raw chipboard, MDF (medium-density fiberboard) and HDF (high-density fiberboard).
IMPORTANT:This 1.8 mm kerf blade is not compatible with TS 55 R and TSC 55 modelsthatuse a 2.2 mm kerf blade.
