About:
Blank plates come in different sizes to fit standard frame or rack dimensions.
They are designed to match the dimensions of the openings or slots in the frame, ensuring a secure fit.
In the context of server racks and network enclosures, blank plates are often measured in Rack Units (RU).
Blank plates contribute to the overall aesthetic appearance of a rack or enclosure by providing a clean and professional look when not all slots are in use.
Some blank plates may have ventilation slots or perforations to allow for passive airflow and heat dissipation, especially in installations where proper ventilation is crucial.
